My husband and I have the good fortune to be biking in the Loire valley – a place that is famous for its lovely countryside and beautiful chateaus. Which one of these sparks the imagination for a story? Who knows!!
Which would you choose? (There’s a few more to come on the trip!)

Looks gorgeous! Such an adventure to remember.
I’ll have to write more about it, Pat!!
I remember visiting the Castle at Chaumont-sur-Loire at night, with only candle lights. It was magic! And it actually gave me a better feeling of how it was at the time for its inhabitants. I also really liked the Villandry gardens, Blois and Chambord of course…
We saw Chambord today, Soraya. It’s amazing.
We have visited the chateaux as well. The valley just radiates beauty and history!
Today we visited Chambord, Cheverny and Blois. We’re bordering on an overdoes of beauty. Thanks for visiting, Elinor.
They’re all wonderful, but the first castle spoke to me the most. Enjoy the trip.
